• For PtP with another R2AC, it is much quicker than the older RM2.
• Supports retro-compatibility with the following: LOCOM2, NSM2, AG-2G, NBE-2G, PBE-M2, RM2, on “Mixed PtMP”
• Advantages: Much faster processor, Less latency and higher amount of real Mbps
• Replaces: RM2(in certain applications)
