Sector AirMax 2G16-90
Sometimes when you have a very good Internet connectivity, you want to make the most of it. Now you can with Sector AirMax 2G16-90 which works with Rocket M base stations.
Stability while at the Outdoors
This sector antenna is made to last for a while when in the outdoors. It has a very high wind load rate of 160 miles per hour, so you don’t have to worry about this even when there’s a storm in the area. When you buy this, you also get the mounting pole kits and other needed accessories to keep the device in place.
Great Antenna Performance
The Sector AirMax 2G16-90 offers a very stable and efficient Internet throughput over a very large area. The gain of the antenna is now between 16 and 17dBi, which basically explains why it can cover such a very long distance. It is also a dual-linear sector antenna with a cross-pol isolation of 28dB minimum. The H-pol beam width at 6dB is 91 degrees while the V-pol beam width also at 6dB is 90 degrees. It has an elevation beam width of 9 degrees and an electrical down tilt of 4 degrees. It uses the AirMax technology which includes the popular TDMA protocol that helps users effectively manage not only the throughput but also the latency and other wireless networking or broadcasting standards. The performance of the antenna also what makes this quite an advantage over the other sector AirMax antenna called 2G-120-15. This one only has 15 to 16dBi gain.
Convenient Networking and Installation
The Sector AirMax 2G16-90 is designed to work with other Ubiqiti Network products such as base stations in order to strengthen their broadcast or transmission. It’s very easy to install, especially if you want to add this to your existing network. You simply need to snap this onto the base station, and you can already amplify its performance.
